Greenfield Assets Limited has a strong belief in the African potential. The fundamentals of the continent's economy are getting stronger and this informs our activities in harnessing the underlying opportunities in partnership with the public sector.

We started operations in 2004 and have since attained numerous milestones
in areas of infrastructure and related services development.
Greenfield Assets Ltd is a firm believer in Public Private Partnerships (PPP)

PAUL OBANUA, MD/CEO at Greenfield Assets Ltd
He is a seasoned private equity investor, consolidated his group of companies into Greenfield Assets Limited; a Public Private Partnership Development Holding – with keen interest in manufacturing, agriculture, power and transport infrastructure.

He has undergone several trainings including the Harvard Business School’s Private Equity Venture Capital Programme and the Lagos Business School Owner Management Program.
He graduated from Ambrose Alli University (formerly Edo State University, Ekpoma) with a degree in Geophysics.

UGO UMESEAKA, Head of Operations at Greenfield Assets Ltd.
Mr. Ugo, oversees operations, strategy and policy implementation. He brings to bear a wealth of experience as a seasoned financial/credit analyst having worked in marketing and management capacity in the banking sector.
He graduated from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu with a degree in biochemistry.

Tony Oweazim, Head of Agribusiness
Tony has a wide ranging experience of over twenty five years working in key sectors of the Nigerian economy. His experience cuts across agro commodities, export, marketing and business development. He is an astute business manager with outstanding capacity for building and managing corporate relationships and overseeing large private and public sector transactions.
He holds a Bachelors degree in English; has attended numerous training programmes and is a member of several management associations.

Jude Obanua, Head of Project Management Office at Greenfield Assets Ltd.

Jude supervises the start-to-finish of all projects undertaken by Greenfield Assets Ltd. His sound project practice is responsible for successful close-out of projects and hand-holding of new operations in critical infrastructures of the company.

He oversees senior managers/managers assigned on projects in order to meet defined project expectations.
The foregoing is guaranteed through periodic reviews of project deliverables and timelines to maintain the desired level of quality at every project stage.

He is pre-occupied with failure (human errors and technological malfunction of machines), thus he is very proactive with fail-safe measures that will mitigate/- eliminate potential risk across projects before, during and after they occur.
He graduated with a degree in Geophysics, Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma.
